Hi, I'm Grace!

I am a ten year old, I'm gluten-free, and I love cooking. It always brings me joy and calms me down.

My dad and I built this website, which we call Pinch and Polish. The pinch moment being when you're adding a special ingredient that really makes the dish, and the polish moment being when you're plating and adding the final touches to show off that flavor. Plating always makes me happy, because taste begins with the eyes.

On this website, I'll share my recipes and stories with friends, family, and anyone who comes across it. Cooking is a big part of my life, and I love making stuff for my family.
