• Your email address, only if you choose to subscribe using the form on our site. If you give us a first name, we store that too.
• Basic visit information (such as which pages are viewed and the general type of device or browser), collected through Vercel Analytics to help us understand which recipes people enjoy.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask you to create an account.

How we use your email

We use your email address only to send you new recipes, plating tips and updates from Pinch & Polish. We will not sell your email address or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps us

• Kit (kit.com) stores our subscriber list and sends our emails. Your email address is shared with Kit for that purpose.
• Vercel hosts this website and provides our visitor analytics.

These services have their own privacy policies that describe how they handle data.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time and you will stop receiving emails from us.

Children

This site is written by a ten-year-old chef with help from a parent, but it is intended for a general audience. Our email list is for parents and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has subscribed, please let us know through our contact page and we will remove the address.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
